About — Floretry’s creative director, Jess, had an established career in the Set Decoration department for the Film and TV industry before turning her hand to floristry. She worked on large productions such as Valhalla, Bad Sisters, The Lobster, and The End, where she learned the art of creating beauty through story telling.
Having grown up between London and Mayo, she settled between the two in Dublin, and brings a cosmopolitan twist to the rugged natural beauty found in the west of Ireland.
As an event stylist and floral designer, Jess has adapted these skills to connect to her deep love of the natural world. She finds inspiration in the realms of poetry, film, photography, and art, crafting contemporary floral designs that evoke a connection to nature. With a commitment to sustainability, she endeavours to use Irish-grown flowers where possible. Our mission is to infuse creativity and originality into the wedding and event industry.
